I am totally looking forward to the deleted scenes. I am hoping it offers up more clues to past relationships between the characters. Especially Rey and Kylo Ren. Maybe there is a more obvious connection between the two of them.
Oh yeah, I would love the BB-8 sent to my house. Thank you very much in advance. I will drive through now…
Definitely looking forward to seeing the table read.
Definitely the feature-length documentary. Can’t wait to see how the film came together!
The documentary on making the film. Seeing how excited everyone was to be launching Star Wars for an entirely new generation should be awesome to watch.
Definitely the costume shop and creature prop tour!
Easily most looking forward to Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey. I want to see all the raw, on set footage I can, and I am interested to see the journey of production. Second feature I’m most looking forward to is the John Williams featurette.
This is so cool! It would be nice if their was more Rebels stuff. But I can’t wait to dig into the BTS features and deleted scenes.
I am looking forward to the documentary because I love seeing behind the scenes stuff, how things changed, the director’s work ethic, the hard work and the input of all involved.
making of special feature for sure. love that movie magic!
There is nothing that gets my soul excited, or mind inspired to be a filmmaker more then behind the scenes documentaries of movies. From the Episode I doc on the DVD, to the the Episode IV doc about how George, Steven, Francis all became filmmakers and revolutionized how films were made. Even to the 5 hour long docs of The Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies, the behind the scenes really strikes me. Its inspiring to see how they made what you love, it gets you wanting to be apart of it. Inspiration comes from somewhere, and to me, it comes in the form of watching beautiful people do beautiful work to create a beautiful thing.
With this being said, and to quote a great man, Which special feature am I looking forward to the most? “All of it”
I’m really looking forward to all the deleted scenes…however, I’m extremely exited for the one with Kylo on the Millennium Falcon. its going to be cool to see his reactions to being on the Falcon again…considering he probably has a lot of good memories there…and also if he gets emotional about it or not. if he did it most have been extremely hard to do what he did to Han after being on the Ship again. I’m also looking forward to the Snow Speeder Chase scene…it sounds interesting and it’d be cool to see what happens! I’ve heard that the acting was bad in that scene apparently…so I’d like to see how and why or if it even was like that aha. and of course all the other deleted scenes that will be on the Blue Ray release.
The Making of Documentary… If only there was writer/director commentary (which there should be. grrr).
The table read is very exciting
The sword fight, I’m really interested in how the actual physical blades worked.
I’m looking forward to the table read, ever since they released that first photo I’ve wanted to see more.
I’m most looking forward to the feature length documentary, because I think it will have the most substance.
I’m looking forward to the documentary!
Looking forward to Crafting Creatures. In the process of building a mandalorian kit myself so I’m very curious to see how its all made, all the fun details on their new creatures.
im exited about Secrets of The Force Awakens A Cinematic Journey eventhe Phantom Menace making of was realy good imagine this one
I’m most looking forward to the Rogue One teaser.
its not going to be on the Blu-Ray, more then likely its going to be in front of Captain America: Civil War
Oh I know it’s not, but I’m still most looking forward to it.
haha is see! Well as am I!
The thing I am most excited about is the documentary about the “Secrets of The Force Awakens” and the deleted scenes. I ´m dying to know the feelings the character had when they were doing their first scenes (especially Daisy Ridley’s first scene, I’ve heard she was very nervous), the most emotional scenes (like when Carrie and Harrison shoot together for the first time in a long time, and that other scene that we all know *wink* *wink*) , and also the final scene, which was my favourite scene to me. The deleted scenes I am really excited about is “The snow speeder race” (altough, to me, it wouldn´t fit really well ), Maz using the Force (I really loved her character), and Kylo Ren entering the Falcon because of obvious reasons. So, I really really really want to win the contest, especially the BB-8 by Sphero because I already have the Blu-ray saved for me in my local store, and I´ve been entering a ton of contest to win one, but I never won one, so I would really love one. May The Force Be With You! from Portugal.
It’s a tough call, as I always enjoy the documentaries in Star Wars releases, but the deleted scenes are particularly exciting me, as they were great in the novelisation and it would be ace to see them brought to life!
Yesssssss. I’m definitely looking forward to the documentary the most.
Being a musician, I really want to see the seventh symphony. John Williams is a great composer and I hope that we will enjoy much more of his future soundtracks.
The ‘making of’ documentary!
I am definitely looking forward to the Secrets of TFA documentary – I’m a sucker for BTS bits!
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes. I know of them, but to see them is always a different thing.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes
Gotta be the Secrets documentary – and Crafting Creatures! I always recall the great Creature Shop feature for ROTJ!
deleted scenes for me 🙂
the making of the practical and visual effects, because it is just so fascinating how they create all of it, new worlds, amazing ships and weird creatures.
Secrets of TFA documentary
I’d like to see the deleted scenes
Out of all the special features, I’m most looking forward to watching Blueprint of a Battle: The Snow Fight, because I’m hoping to learn how they approached the choreography for the epic lightsaber duel!
Looking forward to the documentary and seeing the entire film making process
The ‘Secrets of TFA’ documentary is what I’m looking forward to most!
the deleted scenes I always like watching those
definitely looking forward to the table read scene classic
the deleted scenes and the documentary, but ist really hard to choose, crafting creatures and the table read sounds interesting too.
I really look forward to the BB-8 featurette. I love BB-8 and how they make stuff for the movies is just so interesting
Absolutely the full-length documentary! I’m hyped to get an in-depth BTS look at TFA.
I’m looking most forward to the deleted scenes because who doesn’t love those!? Also the Crafting Creatures feature to see how they were all made! hanks so much for the chnace!
mcfallsk8er[at]aim[dot]com
I live for behind the scenes of movies. And cant wait to see the making of TFA.
Secrets of TFA documentary to see the work of all this crew incredibly talented.
Deleted Scenes and Makinf of TFA!!!
Can’t wait for this documentary.
Looking forward to “Building BB-8” the most. Ever since the teaser trailer dropped back in November 2014 and I saw that droid, I was convinced that he must’ve been a C.G. creation. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that he was built, and operated as a practical effect by R2-D2 fan builders. Goes to show that talent, and a passion for Star Wars can pay off in a big way. Very inspiring to see a couple of guys go from building R2, to creating a new, original, and iconic droid for the new trilogy. Looking forward to seeing their story. Plus as an aside, I’m an avid player of Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures game, BB-8 is a main staple that I always arm my X-wing with.
I am looking forward for the deleted scenes the most just because I feel like I am missing out on some minor parts of the story lol
The Story Awakens: The Table Read!!
Seing that first photo from the actors (old and new), Kasdan, Abrams…was pure magic. Remember i thought: “OMG, here we go again, a new Star Wars film with all this guys! What they’re are talking about around this table?” That was the begining of something big!
PD thanks for no geographic restrictions 😉
The Making of TFA – I love star wars documentaries, the best was making of Phantom Menace, I hope this one will be good too.
The most important special feature I’m looking forward to… the fast forward button . I just can’t wait to relive the fight between Rey and Kylo.
Secrets of TFA documentary! Laurent Bouzereau is the MAN!
Deleted Scenes!!! I want to see that speeder chase.
The deleted scenes have always been my favorite. Expands the world and story even more.
Documentary
“Crafting creatures”. I’m curious, what’s the name of the creature which looks like a pump in the Maz Kanata’s castle 🙂
Secrets of TFA. From Star Wars to Jedi started my fascination with how movies are made and I’ve watched every behind-the-scenes documentary I can get my hands on ever since.
if it is pre-ordered on itunes, for instance, does anyone know what time exactly it will start downloading?
“Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” is definitively the extra I’m waiting to see once this Blu-ray is released.
I’m looking forward to the story awakens, the table read. It has the potential to have a real electric atmosphere.
Tried entering the comp but for some reason it wouldn’t let me actually leave a comment
I’m looking forward to the main documentary. I’m really excited that it’s 70 mins and I can’t wait to see more of what went into making the film.
Looking forward mostly to the deleted scenes. Specifically the scene where Kylo Ren walks into the Falcon on starkiller base. Finally we get to see his emotion and it adds so much more gravitas to Han Solo’s death scene. Also, the deleted scenes at Maz Kanatas castle should be interersting to see and how they connect into canon or not!
Looking forward to the documentary
and the margin of the lightsaber duel.
Looking forward to Building BB-8: I actually managed to be inside Pinewood when they were filming the Force Awakens and I stood by the studio under the Star Wars sign and dreamed of all the magic that was going on inside there. I nearly died when I saw first order Stormtroopers through the props department door. I don’t think they’d realised they’d let in the biggest Star Wars fan ever. I remember staring at the the ‘VII’ sign thinking one day I’ll be in the cinema and know all of it’s secrets and then one day I’ll be able to watch the special features and be a part of something I wasn’t able to be in Pinewood!
The Secrets of the Force Awakens. Why? I think that’s a given. Didn’t every one of us wish we could have been a fly on those cameras? I can’t wait to see how this epic thing came together.
And thanks for the giveaway. Y’all are the coolest.
I’m looking forward to the first table reading because I am curious about the whole cast’s reaction to the movie for the first time.
I’m looking forward to the Blueprint of a Battle: The Snow Fight because it was definitely one of the most beautiful scenes in the entire film and I want to know how they pulled it all off. I also look forward to the Table Read because we get to see the cast and directors talking all together for the first time in such a special time in their lives.
The behind the scenes of the snow fight because of it’s stunning set at Pinewood and also because it would be interesting to see how Daisy, Adam and John prepared for the lightsaber duels. Thanks!
Joh Williams: The Seventh Symphony is by far the one I’m looking forward to the most. John Williams amazing and captivating music was the soundtrack of my childhood, and I cant wait to see the making of his latest masterpiece.
I am looking forward to seeing the deleted scenes.Because what little i have seen of them so far ,some of them most definitely should have been in the movie.Kylo ren on the falcon, yes please.
The behind the scenes documentary. Episode VII was a dream I never knew could come true and to have it happen seems like a miracle. I want to know everything about it.
The table read! That photo was all we had to go on for a while… I can’t wait to get a better picture of what went on in there.
Gonna have to say “John Williams: The Seventh Symphony”. I have loved his scores for years and I just can’t pass up the opportunity to get a behind the scenes look!
Really this is not a very easy question BUT i think that EVERYBODY will like to see ALL the magic behind how this movie was made. The effects, the making, the documentary, the deleted scenes, the special features and the best part to enjoy the movie at home with the family. In the theater was GREAT but at home is WONDERFUL.You can watch the movie again and again.I want to enjoy watching EVERYTHING about this GREAT movie.I’m so happy to FEEL that SW is back. This feeling is hard to explain.May the FORCE be with you.
Would love the little BB-8. I would use it to chase my dogs around the house.
I am looking forward to see The behind the “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” because i always like to learn things that happen behind the scenes.
Excited for the John Williams bit!
I’m looking forward the most to the documantary because it’ll be very interesting to hear and see the stories behind the making of the scenes. It’s also a really nice addition to just the movie. Extra stuff! Hell yeah!!!
The commentary! I’m a fuckin’ sponge for behind-the-scenes info and cast/crew inside stories on Star Wars movies. I’ll be grabbing a copy this weekend, I’m sure.
Can’t tell if serious, or….
Serious. =3
Then…you’re…going to be…sorely disappointed?
YUP! =D
Gotta say, the behind the scenes look at the very first table-read. Table-reads are a special kind of experience and right now I’m ready to have my soul shaken to the core to see the old cast and new cast together for the first time.
Without question, The Story Awakens. Not hoping for anything as brutally honest as the TPM documentary, but the journey from a franchise which seemed to have shuttered the doors on feature films to a BO powerhouse, eclipsing even it’s previous installments, is fascinating. Or face-sitting. I always get those two confused.
I can not wait for the DELETED SCENES. They have always been my favourite thing about the Blu-Rays. They just give so much extra depth to the movie and its great fun thinking how they would have affected the movie had they been in the movie. The Scene I am most looking forward to is definitely Kylo Ren searching the millennium falcon. Its the one deleted scene i think shouldn’t have been cut, it really would have given more of an emotional impact to Hans death.
The margin of the lightsaber duel because I’m fascinated to see how the battle was choreographed.
The deleted scenes! Hopefully more of Rey’s forceback is in there.
I can’t wait to see the deleted scene in Maz’s Castle Basement because of how big of a potential impact that could be to myself as a viewer and question why this scene was cut from the movie or how it may be retold in an Episode VIII or IX setting. Definitely want a shot at the little guy BB-8 by Sphero! Keep up the great work guys… Ganon136 out!
I think the one feature I’m most looking forward to viewing is the table-read documentary. It’s not often we get a window into that world as they sit down to read the script together for first time. …oh and, the John Williams feature too! Gotta make the most of that man. Thanks guys for the neat competition!
I can’t wait for the deleted scenes. Cause it’s the closest thing to a longer The Force Awakens.
I can’t wait for the deleted scenes because as an aspiring filmmaker I have had experience with having to cut out scenes of my film, plus I also love to see some of the cool stuff that didn’t make it into the film
I can’t wait for !! Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey, I love the documentaries! 😀
Can’t wait to see deleted scenes – still hungry for any as yet unseen footage
I’m looking forward to the Lightsaber battle featurette. That scene was beautifully crafted, and honestly my favourite part of the film.
While the documentary will be incredible, I’m most excited for the Deleted Scenes.
The deleted scenes seem kind of superfluous from what I hear and I doubt anything really amazing can be shown in 2 and a half minutes so I’m going with the documentary since there’s probably a real untold story in how the new trilogy came to be that this release will probably only touch upon.
Looking forward to the deleted scenes, especially the one with Kylo on the Falcon
The documentary. It premiered here at SXSW, and couldn’t make it. I did get to see life sized Tie fighter though.
Which of TFA Blu-ray special features are you looking forward the most, and why?
The documentary – Secrets of The Force Awakens. I’ve always enjoyed the documentaries of all the previous films. I enjoy seeing how a Star Wars movie is put together.
The Story Awakens: The Table Read. Getting to see our cast, old and new start the journey.
Looking forward for the deleted scenes, specially Kylo Ren in the falcon. Looks great.
Definitely Looking forward to the Documentary. I love behind the scene features and it’s definitely a plus that it’s presented in documentary form.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes, particularly the one with Kylo in the Falcon. I would have liked to have a had just a little more context to him and Han’s relationship in TFA and it seems like this scene will do just that.
I really want to see the the table read. To see all these actors together for the first time working on a project of such great importance seems so odd yet amazing
Table read all the way
The sad thing is, i would say table read also, but the time stamp on it means its just sections from the table read. Not the full table read. It’ll be nice to see when they read the script for the first time, but it wont be the entire thing, which is slightly disappointing.
For sure the documentary, I can’t wait to see the behind the scenes from pre to post production.
I’m personally excited for the behind the scenes documentary. Those practical effects are amazing, and the whole process of reviving star wars looks amazing
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes and the documentary. Both look amazing.
Deleted scenes are always the first special feature I watch!
Secrets of the Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey, hands down. I can already imagine all of the iconic moments and quotable lines.
“It’s so practical, every single frame is devoid of CGI”
“BB-8 is the key to all this”
“It’s gonna be great!”
You’re getting bitter there, TUD, and we welcome you to the darkside with open arms.
The documentary and the deleted scenes are the great things. But I’m super excited for the first table read recordings, and the bb8 how its made.
I really want to see the “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” and know the insider information on about how they made this monumental movie that was awaited for so long by Star Wars fans worldwide.
Looking forward to the deleted scenes to see if I’d wished they had stayed in the movie.
I’d have to go with the deleted scenes even though there will not be all 40mins that was said to be cut out, the trailer for it got me excited again.
Did anybody else catch that deleted scene of Kylo Ren in the Millennium Falcon? it was around 45secs
Even though I can’t wait to see the documentary, I’m really looking forward to the “Building BB-8” feature. As a member of the BB-8 Builders Club, building my own life size droid, I need all the reference I can get! And BB-8 is just awesome 😀
The BB-8 thing will be pretty cool. Studying for Mech Engineering, so naturally that appeals to me
I am really looking forward to the deleted scenes! Especially Kylo Ren on the Falcon!
I don`t care, as long as it is in SW area. Thanks
The BB8 building looks great. I look forward to spending some quality time with my kids exploring the technical details on how to bring life to my kids favorite astromech
Is this open to Brits?
I’m especially looking forward to the deleted scenes and the bit about BB-8!!
I’m looking forward to the building of BB8 the most and the part where Mark reads to the entire casts on the first meeting sounds exciting as well!
I’m really looking forward to the deleted scenes!
I’m looking forward to watching “the making of” documentary since there is no filmfranchise that does it better. 😀
I’m mostly looking forward to the documentary. I love seeing the process in which a movie comes together. I especially enjoyed the Making Of videos from the Prequel Trilogy, and I know I’ll enjoy seeing what went on behind the scenes of The Force Awakens.
I’m really looking forward to The Secrets of The Force Awakens! 😀 I love it when they make these feature length making-of documentaries instead of short featurettes.
I cannot wait for the behind the scenes. I want to see the reaction of all the people when they were filming Han Solo for the first time
The main documentary, of course, but also the lightsaber fight featurette. I am building an LED lightsaber right now, and i thought it was so cool that they used LED lightsabers in the force awakens. This allowed REAL light to fall on the actors and environment, instead of just using a non-illuminated pole and adding in fake lighting on actors faces and stuff in post.
http://images.fandango.com/images/fandangoblog/lightsabers-tfa.jpg
Look forward to see the deleted scenes that should have been in the movie! 😉
I’m mostly looking forward to the deleted scenes and the short documentary of John Williams creating the soundtrack for the film. As a film/video-game composer myself it will surely be wonderful to see! 🙂
I’m looking forward to the documentary of Thr Force Awakens, the deleted scenes and the short documentary of John Williams.
And basically every other special feature on the disk.
I’m looking forward to the documentary. I love the film making process and watch every doco that comes with DVDs and Blu-Rays.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes most.
Cannot wait to see those deleted scenes and see how they expand upon some of the more vague scenes in the movie. I can’t believe JJ didn’t opt to release an extended edition – talk about a wasted opportunity! We would have all gone to see it again at the cinema!
I’m looking forward to the documentary. I can’t wait to see the process the director & team took to give us the product we all could not wait to go see on the silver screen.
Well, In the first place I am looking forward to see the deleted scenes as I would love to see some more of the film and I would love to get some nice surprises!
I’m looking forward to all of it! But, specially the Secrets of The Force Awakens doc. Oh, and the Kylo Ren on the Falcon deleted scene!
Such exciting times to be a SW fan, indeed.
Definitely the secrets of documentary, love how they go from concept to reality and this being Star Wars, ILM and especially JJ Abrams I can this being a really good watch. Just having the Blu Ray sitting on the shelf at home would be enough for me!
Looking forward to all of it! But, specially the Secrets of The Force
Awakens Oh, and the Kylo Ren on the Falcon deleted scene!!
I, too, am looking forward to all of the special features, but the one I look forward to the most is definitely the ‘Secrets of the Force’ documentary. Such documentaries has always been the highlight for me in any of the previous Star Wars DVD releases, so I’m very eager to see how this latest instalment to the saga has taken shape from start to finish.
I’m looking forward to the documentary. I love to see how these legends made this movie.
You can´t make me choose between all this wonderfull curiosities from the movie. I mean… it´s the whole set of making off that I´m espeting!!!
Gah! I can’t wait any longer!…I just can’t! But that’s not how the world works. whew…composure. I really want to see the initial Boyega/Ridley interviews and auditions. It’ll be cool to see the glimpses of talent that Abrams saw, which helped him make a great, fun movie. I’m hoping they show us sides of the actors we didn’t see in TFA… But maybe in the next movies. Table Read will be a treat too. Thanks for the content and contests!
http://home.cern/about/updates/2015/04/cern-researchers-confirm-existence-force
I am most looking forward to the behind the scenes documentary on how the movie was made. I enjoy behind the scenes movie documentaries.
I am looking to see the documentary !
I’m looking forward to the documentary as well.
I’m most interested in the Deleted Scenes feature so I can see parts of the story that were meant to be included in the movie but didn’t fit in the final version.
My kids and I are looking forward to the deleted scenes. Although I agree that the director should be able to put together the story they want to tell, I like seeing what could have been. And sometimes it just reveals a little more complexity about a character. Does Kylo Ren’s time on the Falcon make him more or less sympathetic a character?
The documentary will be a peak into the production… and that is almost as good as the movie in my view. 🙂
I’m looking forward to seeing the table read the most. Seeing that picture was awesome. I think that was the moment for everyone where it got REAL.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes. Deleted scenes make the plot seem different in some respects. I really wanna see how different this movie would be if they remained.
I’m looking forward to the documentary — can’t wait to get a glimpse into what all went on behind the scenes!
Deleted scenes… I really want to see what was shot but didn’t quite make the cut.
SO looking forward to seeing the Secrets of The Force Awakens, in particular behind the scenes of Han Solo & Kylo. I always felt for Chewie, no-one consoled him in the movie, but in this, apparently Harrison gets a round of applause & a loving hug from his significant Wookiee!
I’m looking forward to the Documentary and Deleted Scenes especially.
I’m looking forward to the behind the scenes footage with Harrison Ford’s first time on the Falcon. I’ve wanted a gratuitous walk-through of that hunk of junk as part of the bonus features, and if that’s all we get, so be it. Having him being a part of it will make it all the more worth it.
I want to see the deleted scenes most of all, but am also looking forward to the commentary tracks.
Deleted scenes are gonna be so epic to watch
The documentary for certain!
Looking forward to the Secrets of The Force Awakens
Deleted scenes! I’m interested to see how close it was to the novelization. Thanks for the opportunity!
I want to see what went on behind-the-scenes, so I can get a better idea of how much work went into the film.
I’m looking forward to see how John Williams created the amazing The Force Awakens soundtrack and also the deleted scenes look so epic!
What I’m looking forward to the most is the bts Snow Battle between Rey and Kylo Ren. I am very interested on the idea of how the whole stunt was choreographed and how they made the FX for the lightsabers and the snowy setting seem so realistic!
I’ve spent a good 20 minutes here thinking about what part of the special features I’m most excited for; pretty hard to pick since there’s so much good stuff! I mean, of course, I’m dying to see the deleted scenes. If there was any movie that really needed an extended/director’s cut, it’s The Force Awakens, in my opinion. 2 hours and 16 minutes?! Felt like an hour! Definitely excited to see some more behind-the-scenes footage of the creation of the score (it’s the single most important element of any movie, to me). But I think what I’m most stoked about is that full-length documentary. I’ve been waiting for something like this since Empire of Dreams (this is honestly almost as exciting to me as a new movie). Anyway, good luck to everyone!
I’m really looking forward to the documentary! any movie documentary and seeing how it was made is interesting to me but this is Star Wars. there has to be loads of special effects…it’s going to be awesome to see how they effected the movie! I’m very curious to see how they got the lightsabers to reflect onto the actors…it looked so epic!
Delete scenes of course
I love watching the BTS/documentary footage for movies to see how it all comes together!
I am looking forward to all the deleted scenes of Jar Jar Binks.
April Fools!
I’m mostly looking forward to the behind the scenes stories, incite, antidotes, and most of all bloopers!
I’m looking forward to the seventh symphony
I can’t wait for the deleted scenes to see what difference they would have made to the final cut of the movie
I’d have to say the movie itself as in my opinion, it is the best special feature because it is one.
Secrets of the Force Awakens is definitely what I’m most interested in seeing. I’m currently in film school, and I hope to make a career in this industry someday. I’d love to see the making of for TFA – Star Wars is definitely my favourite film series. Seeing a film come together from outside of the frame can sometimes be just as amazing as the film itself, and Star Wars is no exception.
I always like deleted scenes, see what they felt didnt contribute due to pacing or other issues.
As a filmmaker myself, I am constantly fascinated by the deleted and (sometimes) extended scenes of a film’s disc release. Star Wars is no exception. It’s a great window into the creative process, and it reveals a lot about where they thought the story should go, and also where they decided it *would* go, after they had footage in front of them. Much of the deleted scenes of a film are weak, but sometimes they reveal some interesting gem about the character, whether the final cut of the film had time for it or not.
I have loved deleted scenes since DVD was 1st put on the market. I can’t wait to watch them! Also really interested in the making of doc!
I wanna see that making-of documentary the most. Hope it’s almost as long as the movie!
I’m most looking forward to the deleted scenes. I’m sure they are still incredible even though they didn’t make the cut for the theatrical version!
I honestly don’t know what I’m most looking forward to. Probably the bit about the lightsaber battle. I’m just excited to watch the movie 100 more times.
Those prizes belong to me!
The TFA special feature I am looking forward to the most is the behind-the-scenes documentary because I love seeing how things movies come together (especially Star Wars movies).
I am looking forward to the deleted scenes
I’m hoping that the deleted scene can add a bit to the storyline and not just be throw away scenes. We’ll have to wait and see I guess.
I’m most excited about the documentary about the cinematic journey of the movie and seeing how it progressed over the years. It’s great to see how such an amazing film can be brought to life with the input of some many peoples creative ideas and the brilliant acting of talented people
Excited about all the features, but I’m looking forward to seeing the featurette in the making of bb8. I love that little guy!
see, most people just want to see deleted scenes. almost all deleted scenes ive seen from any movie im glad they deleted.
I always look the most forward to the deleted scenes.
I love to watch simply the making of the film. All the inside bits. The actors getting together. Makes me feel a part of it!
I love to watch commentary from thedirector and the actors!
Melanie Montgomery
Most interested in the making of documentary — always curious to see the choices made along the way, especially during the concepting phase.
i am also intered in documentary why i like to see how other people are and live and think
The deleted scenes.
I want to see the commentary so I can learn more about the process.
I’m most wanting to see “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey” because, I really want to learn more of what went into the making of the film and see how similar the documentary is to the one from The Phantom Menace, which I found incredibly informative. As well to see hopefully the process of casting Daisy Ridley as her portrayal of Rey is incredibly relatable and Daisy is just so fun in everything I’ve seen her in to date.
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey
One of the things I love the most about these films is learning how the magic was made.
I’m definitely excited for the script reading session. There’s just something special about the idea of the new and returning actors experiencing the story continuation for the first time.
The deleted scenes, especially the one where Kylo Ren boards the Millenium Falcon
I’m excited about behind-the-scenes clips, maybe a blooper or two and definitely deleted scenes. Learning movie secrets is always cool.
Behind the scenes stuff involving the cast, deleted scenes!!!, the John Williams feature
Looking forward to everything obviously, but I always love the behind the scenes stuff the most ^^
Behind the scenes, or the extra scenes maybe? So excited for this!
Behind the scenes documentary. I’m sad it won’t have a commentary, I enjoyed listening to JJ talk about Trek.
Deleted scenes for sure. Love to see some of that connective tissue that was cut from the movie, especially the Kylo/Falcon scene
Sweet – now all I need is a Blu-Ray player!
I am looking forward to watching the deleted scenes of the movie and enjoying every frame. They say the devil is in the details…
I’m really looking forward to the behind the scenes documentary. I’m a huge fan of the film process, and I can’t wait to see more of The Force Awakens.
That BB-8 is sweet
Being completely honest here; I want it all! Deleted scenes, behind the scenes, everything. I need my Star Wars fix!
Deleted scenes! Deleted scenes! DELETED SCENES!!!
I’m really looking forward to the Seventh Symphony; I’ve always been so intrigued by the making of the soundtracks.
Seeing the table read and how this new journey began.
I can’t wait to watch the full documentary, I’m fascinated by the attention to detail that Abrams and Co. put into this great film.
I’m honestly looking forward to the deleted scenes the most, as small and minuscule as some of them may be.
Of course the movie itself, but the deleted scenes from the Target version would be my preference of choice, and the nuanced references they will make to the overall impact of the film as a whole
Also the blog post portion wouldn’t let me enter any text… :/ bummer
The Seventh Symphony, because JW is a living legend.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes! 😀
Deleted scenes definitely!
Can’t wait for those deleted scenes!!
All of it! But probably the deleted scenes and music features.
I am most looking forward to the full length documentary, as it’s one of the few important features on the disc. If only there was more.
I am looking forward to the deleted scenes 🙂
I am really looking forward to the documentary on the making of TFA. Have heard it’s really good and getting to see the blend from the originals to this one is going to be awesome.
I want to see those deleted scenes, they will be cool!!. I’d like to have an audiocomentary. but it seems there’s not
It has got to be the Deleted Scenes, I always love those and it make me imagine how different the final film might have been!

I am mostly looking forward to the deleted content. I always find the enhance my experience.
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey
I’m equally excited for the Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey documentary as I am for seeing the film again!
the making of documentary is where the force is calling me… though i know the entire table-read isn’t in the special features section, it would have been amazing to watch all of it. perhaps they’ll release it in a few years! beyond excited to see the film within the context of all 7 blu-ray versions of the saga!
I’m excited most for the making of documentary. I find the process behind film making fascinating, and am excited to see all the work that went into this film.
Looking forward to see the deleted scene of Kylo entering the Falcon. It will make the bridge more emotional,
That BB8 is awesome
I’m looking forward the most to the Secrets of the Force Awakens documentary mostly to see J.J.’s and the crew’s reaction to Harrison Ford and Peter Mayhew stepping on board the Falcon in-character for the first time
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes the most
The deleted scenes because I really want to see Kylo on board the Falcon. Besides looking totally awsome it might develop the relationship between Ben and Han a bit further
I’m looking forward all the behind-the-scenes footage and interviews…always interesting to see how these films are put together!
Can’t wait for tomorrow night and watch this for a 5th time.
I want to watch the “John Williams: The Seventh Symphony” featurette. Rey’s theme has become one of my top favorite SW themes. I hope the featurette gives more insight to it’s creation.
I am looking most forward to The Journey to The Force Awakens documentary!!! I can’t wait!! I love seeing actors’ personalities and relationships with each other!
I love John Williams to death so I am excited to get a glimpse into his mind in terms of scoring the film. I’m also interested to see the deleted scenes.
Can’t wait for the feature doc! Dying to see it!
I’m looking forward to the segments on Williams’ incredible scoring and the full length making of doc that’s been screening around the country.
I’m looking forward to the documentary and behind the snowy light saber fight!
I am soooo looking forward to the (hopefully) bloopers and the amazing feature documentary! It’s going to be absolutely amaxing!
I’d love the see the Making of Documentary. They always gives such an enlightening view on the filmmaking process, it’s amazing seeing things go from concept art to reality.
I’m looking forward to the deleted scenes so I can see what was cut out.

i love watching audition tapes. Hopefully there will be a few of a those.
Can’t wait to see how they built BB-8, and the deleted scenes… and everything else!
Deleted scenes wooo
I love behind-the-scenes footage and Making Of Star Wars footage as much as the actual films. I have been waiting for years to see how they made a new SW. I can’t wait!
deleted scenes, i find it can sometimes add depth to characters and besides that its just awesome to be able to see our favourite characters on the screen in additional footage
I’m most excited for the Making of Documentary. I’ve always loved every Star Wars Behind the Scenes documentary. They inspire me, and in fact they’re the reason I have pursued filmmaking as a career myself.
Kinda redudantly written but I’m exhausted and too lazy to edit it. Anyway, hope I win!
deleted scenes!!
This has required lots of thought, but apart from everything, I have to go with the deleted scenes. I just want more TFA movie candy to drool over and pull apart.
The thing I look forward to the most is the full length documentary, the one from TPM was great, it gives you the idea what kind of monster can production of such movie be. I love to witness the complexity of that process and than compare it to a barely 2 hour long final effect:)
I can’t wait to see the deleted scenes and any set recordings where you can see the actors together outside of their roles.
I’m especially looking forward to the deleted scenes. Plus with deleted scenes always comes the confusion of “are they canon?” haha Since it was cut form the movie did Kylo actually bored the Falcon? Did Rey and Finn ACTUALLY get in a snow speeder chase on Starkiller Base before it went boom? But the cut scenes are what I’m looking forward to the most. I feel like the idea of the above mentioned Kylo on the Falcon scene would really reinforce dramatic weight of that whole side of the story. I feel like when we see Klyo taking a trip down memory lane, it will make all the scenes where he’s a point of discussion between Han and Liea all the more powerful and heart breaking. I’m also really looking forward to the feature eight documentary as “Empire of Dreams” from the special edition box set dismay favourite film documentary ever. If Lucasfilm have always done one thing perfectly, its their behind their “making of . . .” documentaries.
I wasnt able to open the link, but id like to throw my hat in the ring. Im mainly looking forward to watching the film after reading the american cinematographer issue on tge filming style..
Looking forward to the 7th Symphony. The movies would be so different without John Williams’ work.
I’m looking forward to deleted scenes!
Deleted scenes for sure. Always enjoyed making of documentaries, building sets, etc. Can’t wait to own!
Looking forward to the documentary. 🙂
the cut scenes. I want to see that snow speeder chase.
alternate ending!
definitely the behind the scenes stuff, as an amateur director I have always been interested in the story of how my favorite movies were made, and just how the magic was done.
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey (documentary)
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey
Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey. I am excited to get a closer glimpse into the journey of making this film. It’s always a treat to see just how much hard work the cast and crew puts into movies like this and I have been waiting a long time for this movie in particular!
How do we know who/if we won?
They’ll presumably update the article with the names of the winners.
Congrats all the winners!! With such great number of winners, the others we have more chances for next contests 😛 Cheers!
