Most of these look very interesting, and I can’t wait to see what fun surprises this book has in store. I look forward to reading some more tales from some of my favorite Star Wars alums, as well as checking out what the newcomers to the GFFA have to offer. The cool thing about this book is that all of the authors will forgo compensation for their contributions as the proceeds will go to charity. The book is available for pre-order now!
Also StarWars.com revealed a very impressive voice cast, who will be narrating the audiobook, featuring Jon Hamm as Boba Fett!
Jonathan Davis
Ashley Eckstein
Janina Gavankar
Jon Hamm
Neil Patrick Harris
January LaVoy
Saskia Maarleveld
Carol Monda
Daniel José Older
Marc Thompson
For more information on the book go to StarWars.com for an interesting interview with producers Aaron Blank and Nick Martorelli.
Jordan Pate is Co-Lead Editor and Senior Writer for Star Wars News Net, of which he is also a member of the book and comic review team. He loves all things Star Wars, but when he's not spending time in the galaxy far far away, he might be found in our own galaxy hanging out in Gotham City or at 1407 Graymalkin Lane, Salem Center, NY.
Super excited for this book.
Same. I am a sucker for anthology stories and this one exploring small, side characters is right up my alley. 🙂
Yep me too, it’s stuff like this that reminds why i love Star Wars, can’t wait to read it.
This’ll go great alongside the Anniversary Blu-Ray release of Star Wars as seen 40 years ago.
Oh wait…
Give it up already, man.
Give what up?
You. Are. Beating. A. Dead. Horse.
No — I’m asking a question and you’re completely missing the point.
dude go download it.
I have.
Good I guess theres no problem then.
Problem? You don’t get it. It’s okay — I never asked you anyway.
I am not missing the point, you are. You are just dense as hell.
Keep crying, no one really cares.
Jeff, do I know you at all? Do you and I share any sort of history or familiarity here that entitles you to be so rude?
Please go troll someone else.
No, but I know you: one of the vocal minority that forever complains about “this” Star Wars not being “their” Star Wars. So familiar.
That’s 99% of everyone here, noob. And you just picked a fight with one of the gleefully irreverent ones.
No it’s not 99% of people here, come on man.
I think you just upped it to 100.
more like 78. When the cat comes around the bend sometimes the mountain falls. Maybe you should reevaluate your kremta and eat cheese. That’s what you sound like. You make zero sense.
And yet you’re still here, trolling a trivial thread you didn’t create, nor understand, while calling the originator of said thread a troll.
I’m not trolling. I was upset because you were being rude to people in the comment section and I simply pointed it out. Then you started replying with nonsense (that makes you a troll). And besides, you keep replying to me, which would make you just as trivial as I. At least I’m getting paid by the hour to have this argument. If I misunderstood your comment, then why don’t you clarify it instead of replying with nonsense? So what if I didn’t create the thread? There’s a reason there’s a reply button under every comment.
“At least I’m getting paid by the hour to have this argument.”
And there it is.
That’s what I’m talking about. I have no idea what this means. You refuse to clarify yourself and just troll me with nonsense.
Says the guy calling out peoples reading comprehension skills.
You sir are the troll.
Yes he is. He baited with the classic “give me back my OT” argument and here we are. I think the original trolls were butthurt orginial-OT-only fans like this guy, if we’re all being honest here.
Give it up. The S.E. SFX made it a better movie, as great as it was. I wouldn’t watch the originals in their old formats.
yet someone else with reading comprehension problems
that’s what happens when you leave your comment up to interpretation.
All comments are up to interpretation.
If all comments are up to interpretation then why does reading comprehension matter? (face palm)
You need to ask yourself one question. Go ahead — I’ll wait.
What question is that?
I suggested you ask yourself, not me.
This is why reading comprehension is important, knucklehead.
Nothing is wrong with my reading comprehension. The problem is with your writing skills. You make absolutely zero sense.
Non Compos Mentis
gesundheit
Typical response from someone as yourself. Non Compos Mentis, indeed.
Reminds me of Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina and Tales of the Bounty Hunters. I’m getting really excited for this book.
This is the most interested I’ve been in a SW book for a long while.
Don’t normally buy SW books, but this one has my interest. A really diverse collection of stories. I’ll be buying this one I think.
Jon Hamm? JON HAMM!!??? Shut the f*ck up right now!
