They should have explored this area more and what it was in one of the upcoming movies, NOT in this crap-fest of a cartoon. Oh, well… Too late now.

Its sad how many people have not commented on these Q And A sessions/articles.
Because there is a lot of suggestion and build up behind them.
Basicly Dave and Co. Are preparing you for what may and will not be expected in the new direction of the saga.
Not all is lost in “the new” some old things will be explored as well I feel.

      I appreciate these being posted.

“Dave and Co” are complete morons and have done a pretty good job at actually fucking up the story and timeline and the Arc’s more than even Lucas did in the prequels. His new Rebels series is no different. it is actually worse…so now we have 2 jedi who should not even exist, one who is the same age as luke…. and NOW…to be even bigger jackasses “dave and Co” are bringing Yoda into the story and introducing Yoda t these Jedi….makes completely no sense and it is fuckign everything up…. you ….like so many other’s are completely blind.

Why shouldn’t they exist? One ex-Palawan and one force sensitive kid are not the same thing as Jedi. Luke was trained by two Jedi masters. And was still told by Yoda that he would not be a Jedi until he faced Vader. No matter how well Kanan trains Ezra, he will not ever be a member of the Jedi Order. Neither will ever be an “official” Jedi Knight. By the time of the OT, there are probably hundreds of similar force-sensitive Jedi wannabes, and multitudes of other force sensitives who don’t know anything about Jedi. But there are no actual traditional Jedi, as thought of by Obi-Wan and Yoda. Luke was the last of the old order of Jedi, but most certainly not the last force-sensitive follower of the Jedi ideals.

“Not the last of the old Jedi, Luke. The first of the new.”

The clone wars aren’t too bad. CW affected Star Wars just as much as Ep. III did.

Force Unleashed. Now that is story destruction. Seriously, Darth Vader had already tried to whack Sidious? Seriously? So, why was he so conflicted when Sidious was killing his own son? If those games were true, canonically, Vader would have just offed Sidious when Luke tried to kill him. Or better yet, Let Luke kill Sidious.
My gosh did that game waste my time.

I can deal with Yoda having visited Dagobah w/ R2, well it’s a bit odd and messes up my favorite Ep V scene, but whatever, I don’t watch that show anyways.

I think we will have Luke Skywalker doing almost the same Jorney as Yoda did in Episode VIII or IX. Imagine luke fighting again his Darkside Version in Moraband in the Theaters ? it would be AWESOME

I just don’t like how it’s all to make money. People like Maul? Resurrect him. People like Yoda? Make him go to Dagobah with R2. People like Obi Wan, make him have a romantic relationship wtih a throw-away character.

I don’t hate the Clone Wars or the Prequels, but I don’t like the heavy influence of $$$ in the side-stories that make the main story less significant or coherent.
