‘Star Wars’ Celebration Closes Guest List With Four New Additions, Including Warwick Davis and Denise Gough

Four new guests have been added to the Star Wars Celebration lineup as we enter the final rounds of announcements for the event and start the final countdown for kickoff on April 7. They are Denise Gough (Dedra Meero), Warwick Davis (Wicket, among other characters across Star Wars), Annabelle Davis (Thromba in The Force Awakens), and Harrison Davis (Pommet Warwick in The Rise of Skywalker), whose picture is not available above. Bookings are available here.

On their Facebook page, OfficialPix, which is hosting the signings and photo-ops, confirmed that this completes their 38-person guest list, except for maybe some last-minute announcements. Those waiting to maybe see Daisy Ridley or Emilia Clarke around might be disappointed, though never say never. Ridley being there would almost guarantee an announcement of her return by Lucasfilm, so they might not want to give that away; at the same time, it’s disappointing that with the event being the closest to home since 2016 for her and John Boyega, we won’t be having either one attending.

Additionally, it was announced this week that the Lyte exchange platform is now live, allowing fans that will not be able to attend to sell their passes, and fans who didn’t get the chance to get them last year to now purchase them. Single-day tickets are still available, though.

With the guest list now closed, it’s entirely possible that next week, or within the next couple of weeks, we will get a hold of the schedule for Star Wars Celebration, with the lottery system going live shortly thereafter. For now, we only know that there will be a 40th anniversary panel for Return of the Jedi, and though the best guess so far is that this will be how the event opens on Friday, April 7, we have yet to confirm the exact time. Though another possibility is for it to serve as a closer on the 10th. A general Lucasfilm panel is also very possible, though they might also want to dedicate an entire session to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. We are reportedly going to get major film announcements and quite possibly a general idea of what the franchise will look like beyond 2024 on Disney Plus as well. A do-over on the “Mando+” panel from last year seems like a good bet as well.

Those are likely to be the main three or four panels, though we should wait for confirmation. It’s also possible that they will have a major animation panel on the final day where they might talk about Visions, Young Jedi Adventures, and the next animated series (and whether The Bad Batch is going to return for a third season). Or they could sprinkle that throughout other panels.

Stay tuned for more details as soon as they drop!
