They saw the error of their ways and will start developing REAL and worthwhile games? …

    Nahhh.

That Death Star game? Never heard of it. Looks a lot like that awful scam “Star Trek: Trexels”, though. Probably wasn’t a huge loss.

Tiny Death Star was a spin off of Tiny Tower, made by the same people. Tiny Tower was around for a few years before they released the Star Wars version.

They just had a questionnaire / poll type thing for those of us enrolled in ObiWantsToKnowMe about mobile Apps…what type of games would be of interest and the like.

To be honest I don’t have time to play them but i did request they make Sim Death Star

I imagine that the obiwantstoknowme.com feedback has been taken on board as you say. I don’t know about you but the Scene Maker app is terrible. Horrendous controls and frankly just boring…

Assault team and tiny death star were TERRIBLE! I was surprised at how poorly designed and cheap-looking Assault Team was, and tiny death star just felt like a star wars skin slapped over a game.
Now they can focus on creating better games.

There is an explanation. These games suck.

There’s no need to release obvious information.

Tiny Death Star was just a reskin, but Assault Team had potential… it’s a shame that they canned it instead of tweaking it.

The game remains functional until October 29th. I got a popup in-game telling me that.

While neither were very good games, they were both SEVEN BILLION times better then that terrible ‘Commander’ game…

Rubbish. Yes, Commander is a Clash of Clans clone, but it actually has more interest to it. The campaigns etc. Would live a new version of Battlegrounds instead though!

I wonder if they pull Rebels from Disney XD next. Now *that* would be beyond funny.

Assault Team was horrendous, TDS was fun for a bit, but gets boring, and slows down unless you pay for extra stuff. With the release of Commander, and the upcoming release of Galactic Defence, they are obviously just demonstrating some quality control.

Both of these games are still availible in the windows store as of 10/5. Dowloaded both with no problem. Star Wars Commander is also available.
