‘Ahsoka’ Reveals New 30-Second Clip of Part Seven

The latest episode of Ahsoka is mere hours away at this point, and to remind us, Lucasfilm has revealed a brand-new clip from it. Rotten Tomatoes had dibs on the new video, which we assume is taken from the very beginning of the episode and focuses on Sabine and Ezra escaping from the marauders on Peridea.

Check it out below (we will update with the YouTube version as soon as it’s available):

In the sixth episode, the Eye of Sion arrived on Peridea, with Morgan Elsbeth, Baylan Skoll, Shin Hati, and their prisoner, Sabine Wren, on board. There, they met Grand Admiral Thrawn, who allowed Sabine to leave their grip and go look for Ezra Bridger, fulfilling the mission that had brought her there. But it was not an altruistic move, as he also sent Baylan and Shin after them shortly after.

Sabine found Ezra, of course, after meeting members of a tribe of Noti Ezra was friends with; yet along the way, she also fought against a group of bandits whom Baylan and Shin also find and try to make an alliance with. The end of the episode teased where the story of Part Seven would at least start: Baylan, Shin, and the bandits going after the Noti, Ezra, and Sabine. Part of that is now at least confirmed, because even though we haven’t seen the two dark-side warriors, it’s safe to assume they are after our heroes too.

But there is another half of the storyline yet to unfold, as Ahsoka is about to land on Peridea as well, and her first meeting with Grand Admiral Thrawn should be most interesting. Diana Lee Inosanto also teased in a conversation with Entertainment Weekly that she has another fight with Rosario Dawson in the series that was even more intense to film than the one from The Mandalorian season 2. Of course, we don’t know if that will happen in Part Seven or Part Eight.

The new episode of Ahsoka was directed by Geeta Vasant Patel and written by Dave Filoni. It comes out on Disney Plus on Tuesday 6pm PT/9pm ET/Wednesday 2am BST. Stay tuned for our review on Wednesday morning!
