It’s a 12-month guide to party planning, crafting, and cooking that is fun and accessible for Star Wars fans of any age. The yearlong activities are organized by monthly themes such as Hope, Friendship, and Adventure. On top of those, some mindfulness exercises — which certainly remind us of Eckstein’s Mindful Matters shorts — complete the book.
