New International Solo: A Star Wars Story Trailer and Poster Revealed!

New Japanese trailer and poster for Solo: A Star Wars Story has hit the web. The poster is really simple, featuring the three most important characters from the movie – Han, Chewie, and the Falcon…

We are not sure if this poster will be the official one for the international markets but it’s a good change to see a poster that is not that crowded like the posters for The Force Awakens, Rogue One, and The Last Jedi. Simplicity at its best?

Also ComicBook.com has posted a new international trailer for the movie, which doesn’t have any new scenes (just some extended ones) buts still it’s cool to see it.

What do you think? Do you like it?

Just another giant space monster, since we all need more of those…

I think we actually do. To me deep space travel is comparable to travelling by sea in medieval times. Just as the Kraken might lurk out there in the deep there are spacemonsters in the remote areas of the galaxy. I love them, no matter if they are giant slugs, tentacle monsters, Purgills or Neebrays.

The whole edit is different. And yes, no new scenes as mentioned in the article. But I am sure we got a few more seconds to some of the old senes. 😉

There are only 1-2 new seconds in the chase scene at the beginning, the edit is completely different though.

TFA and Rogue One were good, it’s just TLJ which was irredeemable garbage.

        TFA was garbage as well.

Rogue One I wouldn’t say was great, but it had it’s moments.

So far looks great but I’m trying not to get over excited for it though.

Eh. Go ahead and get excited about it. The worst thing that is going to happen is that you’re going to be disappointed if the movie is a stinker. I was incredibly excited about Episode 1, and it was pretty rotten. I survived it. I’m still here.

I’m excited just don’t want to get over excited. which, I think, is understandable when you’ve been burned several times with certain Star Wars movies.

I’ve not been “burned” by a Star Wars movie since Revenge of the Sith. But still, the absolute worst thing that is going to happen is that you’re going to see a movie you don’t like. Even after E1, I got pretty dang excited about episodes 2 and 3. Ugh, those movies got progressively worse. No big deal.

I feel Episode I is currently the worst SW movie. At least Episode II had a few memorable scenes, usually involving Jango Fett. I rate both movies a 4 out of 10, but II marginally edges ahead. Episode III, again, was a slight improvement, but not by much. The binary sunset ending was the best scene out of the entire PT, I rate that movie a 5 out of 10.

I wish I cold feel different towards the PT, but I feel George Lucas forget what the essence of what makes a good SW movie, mainly strong characters, and a sense of fun. Both of which qualities, were sadly in very short supply.

Ok, next time I will read the article first.
International trailer… They were the best news of the week and it has been the fastest kick in the #$%@ of the year LOL
Still can’t wait for the film.

Isn’t the line “get ready” a bit different in pitch compared to the original? it sounds lower in this one.

Midget Han’s crew is a joke.
Kathleen Kennedy’s again giving us the what she wants to see.
Not what the fans want to see. BIG difference.

Was excited to see “new” trailer, then disappointed with no new scenes. Need to wait a bit longer then.
Btw i like the edit of previous 2 trailers more, both are good. This one is a mess to me.

Japanese trailers of foreign films often are a mess. They simply edit previous material without any actual criteria. And be grateful they don’t have new material because when they do, they’re usually VERY spoilery.
