Disney Twenty-Three Magazine’s November Issue to Focus on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Disney 23Disney’s fan club magazine, Disney Twenty-Three, is running a special Star Wars-themed issue just in time for The Force Awakens. While you shouldn’t expect any spoilers for the movie in the magazine – it arrives about a month ahead of the film, after all – there’s plenty of information surrounding the content of the film and what we’ll see from the Star Wars franchise in the years to come.

The Star Wars-related features of the issue include:

  • Interviews with Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford about returning to the Galaxy Far, Far Away.
  • A Q&A with writer-director J. J. Abrams.
  • A heart-to-heart talk from Kathleen Kennedy about how much inheriting the Star Wars saga means to her.
  • Scott Trowbridge detailing some of the plans for the forthcoming Star Wars Land attractions at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

In addition to the above, D23 Gold Members will also be able to exclusively look at articles concerning the following:

  • Details on poster artwork for all 7 movies.
  • An interview with The Clone Wars/Rebels maestro Dave Filoni.
  • An ode to collectibles, featuring the new BB-8 toy.
  • A salute to George Lucas.

And to top it all off, C-3PO will be the guest editor of the issue. There’s a little something for everyone here – and the future of the Star Wars franchise does, indeed, look bright.

Cool! Any idea where to buy this (Barnes and Noble?) and when in November it might be released?

Decades ago, I was subscribing Bantha tracks, which was tantalizing the latest progress of ROTJ or Temple of Doom. Now D23 Gold would cost me 70 bucks, seriously ? and what to do with unnecessary issue for the Park information or Snow White merchandise ?

Mods/Admins: I love the technical improvements you made to the site which had made it run 100 percent better for me BUT one lingering issue I can’t figure out…..

For some reason I occasionally get replies to my replies in the spam section of my e-mail. I use Yahoo and I know it sucks so I’m not sure if it’s their problem or some site glitch.

I feel it’s rude for me not to reply to back to people who took time to reply to me no matter how rude the reply may be and I might have missed a few due to this as I regularly clean out my spam folder every morning on the clock though now I filter through it more carefully.

Not a big deal, I was more curious if anyone had this same problem and why it occurs.

And if someone replies to this and I don’t, It’s not me ignoring anyone but rather it getting lost in my folder. I know I should switch e-mails but I signed up with that one and have been using it for sometime now.
