In answer to your proposition … yes! I would love to see something about the rise of the Empire to where it became when we first encountered it.

There’s like 20 years of story to tell between Sith and ANH about how the Empire went from an idea to a galaxy wide entity. I want Favreau to dive into that.

I’m sure they’d do something where Vader appears only occasionally, and briefly at that. But they probably would introduce a new villain for most of the action.

i think a spin-off on Vader is what we need to have our fix that will sustain the Vader’s fan for years.

This show has gone down the drain… it’s interesting until one day you realize the collider folk just endlessly speculate and can’t outright say they didn’t love the last Jedi. It’s great that Harloff is a through and through fan, but he is not an authority on where the franchise is going. He says ‘I’m saying this now this is where the TV output COULD surpass the movies, IF it’s done well’ how is that a prediction? And then after all his calls he is disappointed in the changes in the last Jedi. Why not just leave out these gambles? He is wrong a lot of the time (saying a character like Obi Wan is getting a stand-alone is like calling that the sun is going to rise tomorrow morning…) he gets odd with ken for saying he doesn’t want the knights of ren coming back… it’s fricking a work of fiction. You can bet on sports because there is chance in the events of real life, not in people writing a space drama!!

Worst of all, he pushes he opinion and misses the point of movies but holds steadfast to his opinion, that he is an authority on cannon. I loved TLJ, think it’s different and understand that lots of people hate it but even if you did, there is a lot good content to it… like that Rey’s parents were not special. Great message for people out there trying to succeed. Only issue for the story is that she got her powers too easily but for a modern day SW, a powerful message. Her proxy parents are dead now so her symbolic journey to adulthood is only beginning. Make this trilogy into an anthology and you give this arc room to move forward. Nope, harloff doesn’t love TLJ but rebels is the way to go… he even said he wants it to stay the same or go back to the way it was… lord above!

So you have an issue with different opinions than your own. That’s what I got from reading through your b!tchfest.

No just when people think their opinion gives them soothsayer powers and they try to push it on other people especially when what they are talking about is predictions on a fantasy franchise. Broke it down like a baby food so you could consume what I’m saying without getting so frustrated again.

So what you’re saying is your so feeble and weak minded that Kristian stating his opinion is FORCED unto you and you lack the ability to dismiss it or disagree. “Soothsayer powers”…LMAO. So he use a Jedi mindtrick on you and you fall for it. He has a show. He’s paid to give his opinion. And you don’t like it so you rant online like…well….a baby. So eat your baby food.

What you’re experiencing now is called ‘being triggered’. Have a cup of herbal tea and think happy thoughts.

Absolutely not – Vader should be used sparingly. Let’s not have one the most iconic villains ever watered down to the point where we don’t care anymore.

That’s literally what they all said. Did you just read the title and jump into the comments?

Yup, that’s exactly what I did. If I get the time I’ll watch it.
