Wouldn’t it be great if Disney/Lucasfilm made an animated television series with the same vivid detailed animation as Battlefront?

That would be amazing, but I’m guessing it would too expensive.

That is very true. However, under Disney, they can certainly afford it now.

If Disney’s willing. Unfortunately, I doubt they’d see the profit in it. Realistic graphics are a huge part of gaming nowadays, not so much animated television. But we can hope.

They are saving that money up for the exclusive live action online only series. You’ll need to have their streaming service to see it.

I don’t think that’s far fetched at all.

At that point they’re making a live action film for the cost. It actually takes more time to animate something like this then it would to assemble actors, build props and sets, and film it live. The costs equal out. There’s a reason why CGI like this is used in short clips in computer games and not full length features.

oh wow, a whole five seconds of footage. lol. but i am very curious about this story. the prequel book, which i liked, was all spying and infiltration and very little action. hopefully this chapter will be more about shooting rebs and less about trying to blow up a building full of imperial kids on a field trip.
