About the Show:

The Star Wars Show is hosted by Andi Gutierrez, who also does the Star Wars Rebels-cetric Rebels Recon YouTube series, and Peter Townley, who was found through local San Francisco auditions. “He is a genuine, legitimate, knowledgeable Star Wars fan,” Capoferri says. “Authenticity is right up there at the top of the list when it comes to the company and the show.”

The success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens proved that there’s nothing niche about Star Wars in pop culture anymore, but Capoferri admits that one of their biggest challenges in the seven-minute Star Wars Show episodes is making everybody happy and informed.

Wait, you’re telling me that you didn’t enjoy watching a random-ass indie band drone on about hoe they totally enjoy Star Wars?

I like Candace Payne’s sincerity, It’s nice to see a real fan like that talk about the saga and not the usual celebrity assholes whoring for publicity.

She was great, seemed very intelligent as well…and I didn’t even find the viral video funny but I’m glad she’s brought joy to so many via Star Wars ( My wife thought it was hilarious and she doesn’t like Star Wars )

Exactly, More real fans like her and their thoughts on things is something I’d like to see more of.

I’m really curious as to who the twink known as Chuck Wending is bottoming for at Lucasfilm to get so many gigs in spite of the fact that all his work has been universally panned by both the fan and critic community.

He makes Troy Denning and Johnathan Jackson Miller look like fucking Leo Tolstoy and Harper Lee.

Well, you’ve reached a new low in your insults with that one…

Still too kind for him though. Visit his forums and you’ll see why. He deserves it just on the basis of looking like the textbook stereotype of a 21st century hipster.

Me or Wendig? I’m not going to repeat since one of the admins deleted it even though I still say my remarks about Wendig were too polite about him.

            What’s wrong with Wendig?

Well aside from his annoying purple prose…..

He seems to have a hard on for deleting any non-glowering comments about his novels on his site and banning anyone who doesn’t kiss his giant ass 24/7 which is funny considering how in low regard they are viewed on Amazon judgng by the review section.

Then he labeled all his critics as homophobic because he had some two bit lesbian characters in Aftermath who weren’t even a major part of the story and he’s not even the first author to include gay characters in Star Wars like he thinks he is.

He also comes off like some homeless man’s literary James Lipton with his little blog entries about how to become a great writer with such gems as “just write but not shit. Write good”.

He only got a shot at writing a SW because he badgered Lucasbooks constanly on Twitter and probably had a friend or relative on the inside hence my references to his deeds on the casting couch.

He also looks like the worst stereotype imaginable of your everyday middle aged suburban holier than thou white hipster trying to relate to all the cool kids (ie: pick up on the college girls) and failing misreably. I wouldn’t all be surprised if he had a tramp stamp and chain smoked e-cigs.

I’m sure there are other SW authors who are equally douchey but at least they try to hide it and back it up with talent.

I’m glad that they got Candace Payne to genuinely tell her story and how it has effected her life so far. Those kinds of moments are very rare for people and I hope that she enjoys and cherishes every moment.

It’s nice to get away from all of the cynicism and just appreciate heartfelt joy every now and then.
