Join Star Wars Episode VII News on Social Media

Obi Wan and Jocasta Nu in Jedi ArchiveWith last week’s Star Wars Celebration having produced a veritable flood of new information about Star Wars: The Force Awakens as well as about other upcoming Star Wars multimedia projects, we thought it might be a good time to take a quick moment to update you on where you can follow Star Wars Episode VII News on social networking sites.

Details after the jump…

Between the new teaser for The Force Awakens, the first solid information (and tantalizingly brief teaser) about Rogue One, and the wealth of other tidbits about everything from season 2 of SW: Rebels to upcoming releases from Marvel Comics and Del Rey Books, EA Games and more, I think it’s safe to say that news about all things Star Wars is getting ready to ramp up significantly.

Star Wars Episode VII News will continue to keep you all informed of new Star Wars related developments as we count down the days to the release of TFA on December 18th, with articles right here on the blog and discussion in our forum, The Cantina. However, don’t forget to also stay connected with us via social media too!

Love this site, but you guys might want to consider a rebranding. Come Dec 18, 2015 “Star Wars 7 News” will sound quite out of date…

Don’t worry we thought about this. Change is coming in January 2016. And some slight changes coming May 2015. 😉
We just wanted to show our social handles to avoid confusions.

‘Star Wars Universe News’ or ‘Star Wars Saga News’ would be fitting.

You’re definitely on the right track, but that’s not *quite* what we have in mind. I suppose that you’ll get the answer in eight months or so, in any case.

Love this site and appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it run. I will continue to come here for all it provides (connecting with fellow fans, info, etc.), but I will never partake in the fads that are facebook and twitter, information seems to get around okay without them.

Sweat it not, Darth Q. We will always have plenty of news for you here on the blog and in the Cantina. The social media options are just other avenues of finding us.

(Just between you and me and… well, okay, everybody… I’m a bit of a cranky old luddite myself when it comes to a lot of this stuff.) ;^)
