While many just associate the branch of Lucasfilm as the innovators who brought Star Wars to life, the trailer serves as a reminder of just how many iconic films wouldn’t be possible without the incredible minds over at ILM. The trailer shows off effects of the T-1000 from Camerons’ Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Transformers, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and more.
Along with the trailer, the official poster has dropped too.
Light & Magic is directed by the legendary Lawrence Kasdan and executive produced by the great Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. The series will premiere July 27th on Disney Plus.
