Someone explain to me how this movie only takes place three or four years before Star Wars. It feels more like it should be around ten. I know, I know, we’re never going to get an actor to 100% portray Ford’s version of Han but… shouldn’t there be a greater gap in time so that movie goers can at least be able to suspend some belief that this is indeed a younger Han. Also, I do think he would grow into what we saw in Han for Star Wars but feel that would probably take longer than four years.

Agree. It amazes me how Lucasfilm spent so much time and energy to make the Falcon in the ST look identical to the OT, but hardly did anything to make sure the new han looked like Harrison Ford.
