    Chewbacca –

Seeing Chewie in that pic reminds me of my impressions of him in TFA.
Somehow his look frequently seemed ….well….*off*.
From the trailer which showed Han & Chewie stepping into the Falcon (famouse – “Chewie, we’re home” & growl) I thought he looked odd. Like tighter face/fur around the eyes?
I chuckled & commented to someone that “it looked Chewie had had some ‘work done’!”.

I’d thought maybe they were going to make him look *older* (makes sense, even tho’ long lived…still ~30yrs gone by). But that wasn’t the case.

Oddly, to me the difference in his appearance between OT & ST stood out, whilst PT look didn’t jump-out/bother me. [ not to *trigger* anyone by bringing up PT, just an observation ]

Any’who…. on to Han Solo story –
So it’s got me wondering if they’re going to *tweak* the Wookie’s look yet again.
Make him look younger than TFA?

Maybe it’s a challenge with both re-creating the original suit as well as some scenes with the new actor?

Be interesting to see how Chewbacca looks in Han Solo film.

If I’m nitpicking ( and I am only nitpicking – I’m sure he’ll be great ), but Childish Gambino can’t grow the bits of hair at his temples, giving him a much wider hairline than Billy dee Williams’ Lando.
Same goes for Alden Ehrenreich – unless he combs and styles his hair forward in the movie ( like he has in recent interviews ), Young Han will look like he has a receding hairline.
Very intrigued to see how they will act – will it be like Karl Urban’s uncanny Dr McCoy from STAR TREK, or more like Chris Pine’s Kirk ( which is not an impression of Shatner )?

Pine’s not much of an actor so I can understand why he stayed away from mimicking Shatner but Ehrenreich is far more talented at mimicry. He just needs to play him like River Phoenix did in TLC.

I hope BOLLUX / ZOLLUX is in the Han movie.

I wonder if Woody Harrelson’s character wears the iconic Han vest to begin with, only for Han to take up the “mantle” at the end of the film when Woody’s character inevitably bites the dust.

I’m guessing that’s his hairstyle for the film? I hope they keep the fact that he used to be an Imperial in his backstory, It would explain why he knows so much about how their pilots operate.
