Interesting how Krennic has a pretty minor position in the poster. Not prominent at all for supposedly the main villain.

And Mads Nikelson (sp?) isn’t on the poster at all. Presumably he has a small Uncle owen-esque part.

If the size of the characters indicate how important they are to the movie then obviously Jyn is the most important. Also, going bu this observation Krennic seems to have as much emphasis as Saw.

I would have thought they would have put Krennic over Jyn’s shoulder in front of Vader

If they want to bring the CASUAL VIEWERS into this Movie – Darth Vader better be ALL OVER this Trailer. Your average Star Wars casual viewer could care less about Krennic. VADER will sell this if featured prominently.

Ask a science question about how Jedi fight a duel to the death floating three feet above a lava flow?

In the same world where the Death Star would be ripped apart by gravitational forces, Anakin and Obi Wan would have melted coming within 200 feet of an active lava flow, let alone 3 feet above it.

I’ve seen footage of people a lot closer than 200 feet to lava flows and I don’t burst into flames. Granted they usually have protective suits on. We don’t know how hot lava gets in the Star Wars Universe compared to ours.

It wouldn’t generate as much gravity as an actual moon. Gravity relates to mass and therefore density. If you think about all the corridors and stuff in the Death Star, it’s mostly air, and will therefore have very little gravitational influence.

For the entirety of SW and ESB ‘aliens’ are presented as background colour. scavengers, smugglers, low-lifes, monsters, bounty hunters, menial workers …. and a Jedi Master 😀 Chewbacca falls into the rebellion by accident with his first in command pirate pal. get to ROTJ and Lucas clearly wants the good guys to be seen as racially diverse in the widest sense. but look at the throne room in SW and the Hoth base in ESB. find me ONE ‘alien’ among the troops. are we agreeing or disagreeing here lol because you seem to be arguing MY point, well sort of. obviously they DID have the tech to put alien masks on the rebels. they “CHOSE” not to because there weren’t any aliens in the rebels. otherwise why not put them in? obviously a decision made at the time of ROTJ. same with Vader not being Luke’s father in SW and Leia not being Luke’s sister in SW and ESB. decisions made later that create inconsistences and sometimes contradictions.

Its not dumb. But you must understand that most Americans don’t realise that 96% of the world’s population resides outside the United States. I live in Australia and as such these ‘times’ that are posted are meaningless. Especially given that US times are behind most of the World.

I know most of these sites use the lame excuse that ‘we’re an American site so therefore we cater to an American audience’ but the reality is that the Internet is global. These sites have global reach and as such should be more inclusive in some of their reporting. Ultimately, its just lazy.
