I’m probably in the minority on this, really hope the actors don’t make a habit of posting work-related stuff to social media while filming this movie. In fact, the more solely focused on making this an amazing film they are, the better.

lol, they are actors in a star wars movie…. And Kids…. Harrison, Mark, and Carrie seemed to do fine with experimenting in all sorts of ways during the OT – if the movie isn’t good it won’t be because of the cast- let them have fun.

Everything they post is regulated. If anything, they’re being used by the producers to feed us stuff. Free marketing.

They need to release stuff. If they don’t then that will give the incentive for the crew to leak stuff. I mean they’ve shown us the abu dhabi set in a controlled way, so nobody on the crew is going to want to risk loosing their job to leak a set that’s already been shown. They’re going to leak things to keep us fed. If they starve us, then twits from the crew will see a huge opportunity to leak something.

If it ruins it for you that someone rode a camel then maybe stay off of boards with rumors and spoilers. You’ll find a lot more then someone riding a camel.

Very funny Nathan, seeing that Indy hated camels in the Last Crusade

Wonder if Daisy is the city urchin unaware of her parentage, and John one she encounters among the market denizens…

What if Daisy is a respected political figure and daughter of the Republic’s leader; Leia Solo.

She travels with Luke to the planet Tatooine where they find Boyega living in the slums of the market. Luke senses great force abilities in him and then gives him the opportunity to do something great and become a Jedi.

Sort of like Qui Gon with Anakin but…less shit.

Poor Boyega…going to work (acting in STARWARS!) on a camel…must be a hard living!

      For the camels, probably.

Wait, they’re making a new Star Wars film?

This is not beeing filmed at the market as there was cars there as seen yesterday so this is more action off set location shooting.Maybe both of them are trained by luke on Tatooine or one of them is luke apprentice and they are getting one of them to be a jedi what ever

I’m thinking that one actor is a Tatooine local and the other is a visitor who needs a savvy guide. Maybe looking for Old Ben’s hovel which may not be unoccupied…

Be interesting to discover if the script is a parallel to A New Hope as was suggested once. Inversions galore … younger characters meet on Tatooine to get the help of reclusive Jedi Luke Skywalker to free Leia and Han, presumably representing the new government but have been captured and imprisoned in a maximum security fortification by a new (old?) enemy. Maybe the Millennium Falcon has crashed on an iceworld, Chewbie having escaped capture, and there he’s being hunted by Stromtroopers from a previously undiscovered post-imperial fortress?

Sounds like a fanfic or bad EU novel. Remember what Daniels said about the story? He said “Oh and the story, you guys can’t wait!!” I think it’s safe to say that the story will be very original and won’t mirror A New Hope at all.

…could be a possible storyline John – I definitely wouldn`t discount it;is George Lucas still responsible for the overall rough outline/story of SW7? – if so then remember he loves recurring themes popping up in each chapter.

George, at this point, gives J.J. and Kasdan pointers and ideas but i don’t believe he has any significant say in the story, no.

Well, Lucas’ story outlines were part of his deal with Disney, and they’re based the script on those outlines. So yes, it’s still very much Lucas’ story, fortunately.

Yes, I just hope to god it’s the story he wrote back in the 80’s… I hope he didn’t molest it in any way. Hopefully it’s the same outline Dale Pollock read… because that’s promising. I’m thinking so because all these years Lucas kept saying Star Wars is done after VI… here’s to hoping he didn’t touch that outline since 1988 🙂

Harrison, Anthony and Mark have all stated the story is amazing. Now, it could just be them hyping up the film or they could literally love the script.
