‘Hyperspace Stories Annual: Jaxxon 2023’ Exclusive Variant Cover Coming to New York Comic Con and Dark Horse Direct
For those going to New York Comic Con this weekend, you may want to add a stop. Over at the Disney Publishing Worldwide (DPW) booth will be an exclusive variant cover of Dark Horse’s Hyperspace Stories 2023 Jaxxon Annual. Revealed earlier this year at Star Wars Celebration, Joëlle Jones’ (Lady Killer) variant will be available at the DPW booth while supplies last.
Pricing is set at $25 and will be limited to two per person per day. Only about 50-60 copies are said to be available. If you cannot snag one or attend the convention, this cover is available for order through Dark Horse Direct.

Hyperspace Stories Annual: Jaxxon 2023 initially launched with Mike Mignola’s variant at Star Wars Celebration. Then, a black and white virgin variant of Mignola’s artwork debuted at San Diego Comic-Con. Recently, the third variant from Sergio Aragonés (Groo), which debuted at Rose City Comic Con, has been made available on Dark Horse Direct. There are four variant covers for the 2023 Hyperspace Stories Annual to collect.
The Jones and Aragonés variants have a limited supply of 1,500 copies, so act fast if either cover suits your fancy.
