New ‘LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga – Galactic Edition’ Trailer Showcases New Characters
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is just a few days from launching its “Galactic Edition” (coming to retail and digital), which will feature a whole host of brand-new playable characters. Six new character packs will be added to the game, with fan-favorites hitting the expansive brick galaxy TT Games released earlier this year.
To celebrate, a new trailer has been released showcasing all the characters being added starting November 1st. Check it out below:
During D23’s first-ever Games Showcase, it was revealed the six characters packs would be coming from the world of animation and Disney Plus. The packs include Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor, The Book of Boba Fett, The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and LEGO Star Wars: Summer Vacation. They confirmed fairly obvious characters like Cassian Andor, Reva, and Captain Rex, but now we know the rest, whether they are new skins or all-new characters entirely:

These new packs join the original seven that came out in the first couple of months of the game’s release, which included The Mandalorian, The Bad Batch, Rogue One, Solo, and additional packs based around stormtroopers and classic versions of LEGO characters.
Similar to the rollout of the first batch of character packs, the Summer Vacation and Clone Wars packs will be available day one in the Galactic Edition release on November 1. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Rebels will release November 15, with Andor and The Book of Boba Fett closing it out on November 29. Of course, all this new content will be available as separate DLC for already existing owners of the game.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is currently available to play on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
