New ‘Andor’ Featurette Focuses on New Droid B2-EMO
With the release of a new Star Wars project comes along a new lovable droid. Andor introduced us to B2-EMO, Cassian’s companion, who, in addition to making a strong impression on viewers so far, also stayed with the cast of the series after filming wrapped. Or at least this is what they are telling us in a brand-new featurette that was released by Lucasfilm and focuses on the new droid.
Diego Luna, who plays soon-to-be rebel leader Cassian Andor, said:
“B2 is probably the best droid you could have, you know? He always finds his way to be next to you. It doesn’t matter what you do, you always turn and he’s there.”
Adria Arjona, who plays Cassian’s love interest Bix Caleen, added the following:
“Oh, B2-EMO is so endearing and funny. And it’s this quirky droid that I’m obsessed with, and is also kind of a badass. I’m a big fan.”
Kyle Soller, who plays Syril Karn, also weighed in:
“I got to act with B2-EMO. And so that was a pretty big moment, B2-EMO has a lot of personality. Doesn’t take no for an answer.”
Finally, Denise Gough (Dedra Meero), said:
“Oh my God, I love it. He’s gonna be a nightmare when this show comes out. He’s gonna have a big trailer…”
