New Star Wars Rogue One image and book covers surface on the Web
It’s been a good month to be a Star Wars fan, with new Rogue One: A Star Wars Story details arriving via Celebration and the San Diego Comic-Con. Today, a few new images related to the film have arrived, one giving us a closer look at a defected Imperial pilot and a peek at the covers of a few new Star Wars Art and Illustrations books. Take a look..
The official Star Wars Movies Facebook page and Instagram revealed a new photo of the former pilot Bodhi Rook (Riz Ahmed), who has crossed over to join the Rebels in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
At the Rogue One panel during Star Wars Celebration Europe in London this month, it was mentioned that Bodhi Rook was once a Imperial cargo pilot for the Galactic Empire. You can check out the new photo here via Instagram.

Now on to the new book covers! Your ready?
Recently, there have been only mediocre cell phone pictures of Celebration London and the San Diego Comic-Con to see on the net, but thanks to Edelweiss and the official Star Wars website you can finally see a couple of the ‘Rogue One’ related cover’s in good resolution.
The first is a cover from the ‘The Art of Rogue One : A Star Wars Story’ by Josh Kushins and Abrams ( with forewords and illustrations by Doug Chiang , Neil Lamont and Gareth Edwards ). The ‘Art of Rogue One’ will appear on December 16th, 2016 and is available here for preorder. The picture shows future fan favorite K-2SO with a U-Wing drop ship in the background.
The second photo is from the cover of the essential, comprehensive guide to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. This photo comes via Twitter member FLYGUY. The cool new cover shows the original X-Wing along with the pre-Tie-Fighter and Death Trooper. Nothing new here but it is a cool illustration.
You can actually pre-order this book here at Amazon.com.

One more thing before we go, we wanted to share a photo from the newest character in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The characters name is Edrio Two Tubes and he was revealed at the Star Wars booth at Comic-Con this past week, which also had the other Rogue One character costumes on display, including Jyn Erso. Now, we at SWNN have posted the picture of him before, however, we wanted to share one of our captures..
Edrio Two Tubes is a mercenary pilot who flies alongside his eggmate, Benthic. The two share the nickname derived from the breathing apparatus that allows their Tognath physiology to process oxygen atmospheres. Ediro’s home world Yar Togna was conquered and occupied by the Empire, forcing him to flee as a refugee. Desiring to strike back against the Empire, Edrio and Benthic have allied with Saw Gerrera.

WILD INTERNET SPECULATION
I’m pretty sure Wedge was piloting that ship that was the same model as the Outrider but not THE Outrider…
Edrio’s design looks a bit like a Space Jockey / Engineer from the ‘Alien’ universe!
Bodhi is Kitster
Edrio kinda reminds me of Zuckass
