Enjoy this show. I must say that after 7 fell flat on my expectations. I hope 8 does something special and original. I don’t want another rehash like 7. And I still consider this new sequel to be in an alternate universe as I just can’t agree with the direction it’s going.

This Han Solo movie just isn’t needed….hoping they’ll stop going back because at some point they will have to retcon something.

After Rogue One, they need to do us all a favor and do Old Republic movies…Revan, a “R” rated Bane movie…something old and unrelated. With lot’s of Sith and Jedi on new adventures!

Genuinely interested – what would you have liked to have seen?

I’d liked to have seen the big 3 together once more. Luke’s Jedi academy. ..with him being badass. And their children in the for front on new missions. As for the story, they could have done a million different things. I will say it would’ve been nice if they could of brought in Jaina and Mara Jade. Great characters!

So basically you wanted to see the EU, which was awful, turned into a movie.

          Direction they went is better.

And there’s a difference between rehash and parallels.

In your opinion. He asked what I’d like to see….not you. It’s a rehash of 4…and elements from the EU which were way better than what they did, would have been epic.

You can “consider” it whatever you want, but that won’t make it so.

My dream scenario would be a Netflix series based off the Sith. Start with Bane and move your way all the way to Sidious.

Really enjoyed this episode. Always feel the programme is stronger with 3 or less Jedi councillors.

I’m still firmly with both John and Tiffany regarding Rey not being Luke’s daughter.

depending on where you look…she’s looking more like a Kenobi descendant. There taking the path that Luke see’s the Skywalker line as dangerous for the galaxy.

Personally I would like to see Rey be the descendant of a totally new bloodline.

He’s been on tour. He’s been present on many eps of Movie Talk though, and will be back on Jedi Council.

The Han Solo casting talk – I reckon he’s already been cast but they are holding off the reveal. At the moment, I just can’t envision any of the prospective actors as young Han, but hoping I will be pleasantly surprised.

Hope the new actor can take a leaf out of River Phoenix’s book and give an excellent ‘Young Harrison’ performance.
