I wonder how fans will react to the rumored post-credit sneak peek.

I just bought it because of the good reviews but haven’t started it yet. I had not heard of it before this past week–maybe because it’s labeled Young Adult. Some YA stuff is complete garbage, which scares me off the label. Unfairly, because some books are just YA because they have teenage main characters and are very well written.

yeah I don’t think I’ve ever read a young adult book that I can think of but with Khristians saying its a good book I trust his judgement and I think I’m going to get it. I was just so disappointed with the aftermath not one mention about Luke Skywalker really surprised by that. What I truly want is a huge epic book about Luke Skywalker I’m talking about even a trilogy of 800 1000 page book about what he’s been doing the past 30 years discovering things that have been lost to the jedis in the light side of the force but that’s just me daydreaming.

Sadly I anticipated that AFTERMATH would be a let down. Like the guys, I was so excited for this book and pre-ordered it. But alarm bells rung as soon as I read the blurb and I just knew it would not be what I had hoped for i.e. filling in some of the story of where our beloved SW movie characters have been during the past 30 some years.
Personally I am not interested in the made-for-the-book characters’ exploits.
