On today’s council Kristian is joined by Mark Ellis and Max Nicholson from IGN/MTV to discuss the latest in the Star Wars Universe. Some of the most interesting topics from this episode are Andy Serkis’ character name reveal, Gary Whitta’s involvement with Star Wars: Rebels, Miltos Yerolemou interview and much more…

Darth H what is happening on the KOTOR reboot.
Do you think that Supreme Leader Snoke is the very first sith lord that has come back from the dead?
a sith lord awakened by the Force?
there is no Dana, only Supreme Leader Snoke!
I never listened to the Jedi Council podcast. Before I dedicaate the time to do so, can anyone tell me if they are any good? And when I say “good” I mean open-minded and supportive to all things star wars, not just a bunch of guys praising the OT and simultaneously voicing their hatred of the prequels.
definately no love for the prequels there. Kristian usually says “if the prequels got you into SW, then thats cool!” where as the others just hate on it constantly.
Over the prequel hate.
No prequel love, they actively hate them but Kristian at least can respect people who enjoy them. Others like John Campea are 100% anti-PT all the way.
Overall the show is great for canon stuff and keeping up on weekly movie news with some interesting discussions (when Kristian isn’t butt-raping his opinions on Darth Plagieus)
They don’t care for the prequels much in general but if some of the people here actually watched the show they would have learned the guest for this episode had written a blog about 49 things the Prequels got right. So they were giving the prequels some love.
Seems like they like the Clone Wars.
Darth Vader has always been referred to as “Lord of the Sith” in material other than the actual films, from the time of the original trilogy. Obviously they were never allowed to explain what the Sith was at the time.
Schroedinger’s Fett. Fabulous.
