I’m glad the Kylo scene in the MF is not in the movie. It makes no sense they just leave the ship right there, risking the intruders are back and use it to scape (as it actually happens).

Not me. It may provide the connective tissue between Han and Kylo that I’m craving.

Yes you are right on that! And probably it has more weight than my argument. I found totally unnecessary the dogfight on Starkiller: a waste of time that could have brought what you demand here. But well, that’s another story 😛

Totally agree. They should have had an epic ground fight instead. On par as the one in Empire.

They leave a couple storm troopers and

      A. Chewie tears there arms off and
      B. Storm troopers retreat when the planet starts to destabilize

Especially since it’s a giant warning to Kylo. Not like he’s unfamilar with it like Vader on board the Death Star in ANH.

Doesn’t really matter though – Kylo has a moment shortly after they crash where he goes “Han Solo.” – so he already knows.

Cranky, c’mon. He just wants to point out how much he thinks The Force Awakens is stupid, horrible, trash.

Let him continue to have an opinion he fails to back up with relevant facts or knowledge of how the movie even plays out.

          It’s fun!

I guess it’s less of a plothole than Han being able to pull off that last second hyperspace trick through the shields with geriatric reflexes.

He witnesses the attack from outside it. I’m pretty sure the last thing they’re worried about when seeing X-Wings swoop in at your super weapons sweet spot is salvaging the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy.

So is the scene with Maz using the force to bring the roof down on the stormtroopers included? From the video, it looks like it is.

I am most interested in seeing the scene of Kylo on the Falcon. It is unfortunate that it did not fit in with the overall pace of the movie. Without having seen it yet, I think it could have added more depth to Kylo’s character and the internal struggle he was going through.

I also want to see the deleted Leia scenes, but I am not sure if they will be included.

The deleted scenes aren’t much longer than this trailer in total though if Han thought he was being sneaky by using the Falcon it makes no sense seeing as how it was probably Ben’s second home.

He did think he was being sneaky. I mean, he’s Han Solo, galaxy renowned for flying the Millennium Falcon that as you so aptly pointed out, was probably Kylo Ren’s second home growing up. Or at the very least, a ship he resented for taking his father from him depending on the dynamic of their dysfunctional relationship.

But yeah. I mean, Han even told Leia. “There’s no way anyone on that planet knows I fly a Corellian YT-1300 freighter that’s now 80 years out of date. If Ben see’s it, he’ll just assume it’s some other washed up old war hero smuggler who only looks like me.”

Your observations are astute and insightful when you’re trying to slam the Force Awakens in every post you can manage. It never gets old reading them, or replying to them.

But is that timer thing gonna be at the top left in the actual deleted scenes? That will make smooth fan edits a lot harder.

kinda sorta looking forward to seeing this. usually I like b-sides much better than actual albums, especially when I dislike the latter.
