Never heard of this show. Is this a real discussion show like on making star wars, or are they biased against the prequels like the Full of Sith show?

I don’t think they like the prequels but they don’t really spend time bashing them or anything

We aren’t the biggest fans of the prequels but we will have on guests who love them.

because you rightly despise the PT doesn’t mean you’re biased against them, it means you simply know them for, as the majority do, as being some of the worst films ever made

Appreciate that very much. Stream it from your TV if you get a chance.

Game of Thrones composer Ramin Djawad, his continued work for five years has been awesome and consistently at the top, and he writes entire scores not just small pieces.

I only have one question. The chick in the video says she watched Return of the Jedi in the theater….that would make her at least 37 or 38? She looks 26.

She means the Special Edition version Don Jon.

Very good show bit it’s not as relaxed as Schmoes Know shows and the Jedi Alliance show on PopcornTalk network.

Hmmm I already listen to 2 SW podcasts regularly and I don’t really like these guys, is this worth listening to? Are they really knowledgeable or is it typical fanboy/girl stuff being regurgitated for the millionth time?

I would ignore the nonsense that came out of Ryan’s mouth. I am a die hard Star Wars fan and have interviewed Mark Hamil, Drew Karpyshyn and have done many videos on Star Wars canon and have hosted three different Star Wars shows. I am what you would say, obsessed with Star Wars. I am all caught up on everything canon at the moment and talk about it all on the show. I’d love for you to give it a shot and would love to hear your opinion. Thanks again for inquiring.

“Are they really knowledgeable or is it typical fanboy/girl stuff being regurgitated for the millionth time?”

Well last week they were talking for the millionth time about the nonsensical debate of casting unknowns or knowns and since etc.

What’s next? Some nonsensical “It’s great they are going back to practical VFX.”

Plus on top of that they are quite clueless about the PT and seem to really not know Star Wars overall very well at all.

If you are going to do a show like that then the best way to do it is to discuss everything so you need people who have knowledge that fits that.

Thanks, sounds like a waste of time. I’ll stick to the Forcecast for in-depth discussion and Rebelforce Radio for fun banter and good interviews.

They know plenty about the PT. Just like every other fan with good taste, they dislike them.

How come nobody wants to talk about Felicity Jones and her potential role on these Star Wars sites?

I’d love it if she were playing Shira Brie ( aka Lumiya ).

Ryan, this is my show and I would love to have a debate with you about what I know and how much of a fan I am. I would love to test your knowledge on The Old Republic, The Darth Bane trilogy, Mandalorian history, new canon…. You picked one topic that we spoke about last week that was an “Address the council” topic. I’d like to address the actual person who posted and say: give episode 2 a shot and I would like to hear your honest opinion. Thanks for SW7news for posting and thanks to the TRUE Star Wars fans who listened/watched.

It’s clear from these Jedi Council videos ( and their own SCHMOE videos ) that these guys REALLY do know what they’re talking about mostly. It’s a great pleasure listening to them, and based off their reviews, I’m keen to pick up some of the upcoming SW novels – ESPECIALLY “Aftermath”.

Again Kristian Harloff refers to the “BIG THREE” of Star Wars. I must reiterate again, there is no such thing for the STAR WARS franchise. This term was coined for the principals for the original Star Trek crew.

This newly formed dismissal – and it IS a more recent phenomenon – of LANDO as part of the Star Wars Friends is totally unacceptable to me. Of course he appeared in two out of the three original SW films, but he IS an integral member of the SW ensemble. He is not a side character.

Is there a Star Wars podcasts channel on satellite radio? How many are there. Enough to fill a months of programming with no repeats. They all talk anout the exact same news reported by same two websites.

Yikes! While I have no problem with the spin-off movies being done by other composers besides Williams, has Williams NOT signed on for Episodes 8 and 9? I’ve been assuming that, health permitting, he would be completing this trilogy at least! The fact that these folks are casually discussing other composers for 8 and 9 concerns me greatly. Did I miss something somewhere that said that Episode 7 would be Williams’ last Star Wars film?

As of right now Williams is only confirmed for TFA.

YOU need to make you’re peace with the Death of the EU buddy. it still blows my mind that people are still butthurt about the EU when George Lucas stated from DAY 1, that the EU would NEVER be Canon.
