Yes, I am a pedant, but the thing you house aircraft in is spelled HANGAR, not hanger.

      Exactly, like in “cliffhangar”.

Didn’t you read the part where I admit that I AM A PEDANT.

Yeah I did. Not a great excuse IMO for such behaviour, so once again, get a LIFE.

The reason for my correction was the fact that the error appeared prominently in the heading of the story. It was not a personal attack, merely pointing out to the site that they had made a mistake. I make comments about bad spelling because I love, and wish to preserve, the English language.

You can justify it all you like, makes no difference to the majority of us. The English language doesn’t need to be preserved on boards like this. Its not as important a place as you think. People use text message terms as well on these boards – lol……

Now if it was an official website run by LF, then you would be correct in pointing stuff out. This is just a fan-site…….

Lewis, your insults directed at the poster are totally unnecessary. Comments deleted. Move along.

Fair enough – simply felt typos are all part of boards and having been pointed out on a couple of minor mistakes myself none of it is really necessary on boards that use text message abbreviations as well. Pointing out such mistakes are also a form of bullying, but that’s up to you to decide.

Just like The Last Jedi, it has layers.

    Stunning.

The amount of work that goes into these things never ceases to amaze me, especially considering how short some of these scenes are.

Same here. I started reading more about how movies are made a few years ago. I’m consistently stunned how much is involved in getting an idea to a screen.

Shrek was described as having layers, bit like an onion….
