New ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ TV Spot Is Here to Talk Business

Lucasfilm and Disney Plus have released a new 30-second TV spot for The Book of Boba Fett. Much like most of the spots they’ve been showing, it features familiar shots with previously-heard dialogue, but it contains a couple of new frames and lines as well. Check it out below:

As showrunner Robert Rodriguez revealed in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, all footage featured in the trailers and TV spots is from the first half of the first episode. That means that we are probably seeing the inciting incident — Boba Fett and Fennec Shand need something out of the underworld criminals of Tatooine, and they send them on a mission. This is all happening while they try to establish themselves as the new crime lords in town, with Boba Fett now occupying Jabba’s throne and Shand being his right hand — a “consigliere” of sorts.

The Book of Boba Fett will consist of seven episodes and start airing on December 29. Make sure to check out StarWarsNewsNet‘s episode reviews, as well as The Resistance Broadcast’s The Mando Fan Show, which will be returning this year for the new adventure.

However, fantasy movies are not his only cup of tea, as movies from Scorsese, Fincher, Kubrick or Hitchcock have been an obsession for him since he started to understand the language of filmmaking. He is that guy who will watch a black and white movie, just because it is in black and white.
