‘The Bad Batch’ Animated Series Gets Trailer
Disney has released a new trailer for the hotly anticipated Star Wars: The Bad Batch animated series on Disney+.
The Bad Batch series, set right after Order 66, covers the eclectic Clone Trooper squad after the debuted in season 7 of The Clone Wars.
The trailer gives us a look at some notable events at that time, such as Emperor Palpatine’s first speech announcing the formation of the Empire from Revenge of the Sith, in addition to a sizzle reel of action from the series. Notable inclusions include Kamino, a fight against Zygerrian slavers from an earlier arc of The Clone Wars, an appearance from Wilhuff Tarkin and even a few glimpses of Fennec Shand.
The trailer was posted on social media along with the tease that the series will be arriving soon on Disney+, which corroborates rumors that the series would arrive in early 2021.
