UPDATE: Star Wars Celebration: 5-Day Tickets are Sold Out

Following news that Star Wars Celebration Chicago VIP passes have sold out within minutes of tickets going on sale, it’s come to light that 90% of the 5-day passes have already sold out in less than 48 hours.

The official Twitter page for SWCC has stated that they’re running low on 5-day tickets to sell shortly after they first became available:

As it stands, it’s likely that the 5-day passes will probably sell out before Friday night, so if you want the complete experience, this is your best bet. If not, then there’s always the tried and true route of getting each individual 1-day ticket. The only day without any significant panels planned is Thursday, but beyond that there will be plenty of content to discuss at the convention – Star Wars: Resistance, Rian Johnson’s new trilogy, the new film series from the showrunners of Game of Thrones, future standalone films, Jon Favreau’s live-action television series, future Star Wars video games, and of course, Star Wars Episode IX. With all that in store – and probably more – it should be little surprise if this ends up being the biggest Star Wars convention ever.

UPDATE:

The five-day tickets for Star Wars Celebration are now SOLD OUT! Individual day tickets are still available, but the way things are going those will likely be snatched up and sold out soon as well, so if you have had any trepidation about getting tickets, you have one more shot to get single day passes for select days over the long weekend. But again, we don’t imagine these being available much long either!
