Liam Neeson and Ian McDiarmid were my favorite parts of the PT. I’d have zero problems with him coming back to do anything.

McDiarmid in the new series called Britannia – worth watching just for him to be honest, the rest, not so much.

Was the Kenobi film ever confirmed?

no new film announcements past Ep9, nothing. Have they stopped working on Star Wars, or is something else going on ?
And until anything is confirmed, a PR stunt about what great faith they had in Rian, that new trilogy doesn’t count

        Didn’t they annouced a new Trilogy ?

Qui Gon was easily one of the best characters in the PT. Seeing him as a force ghost training an older Obi-Wan the secrets of the whills would be awesome!

Just watched the prequels again to get a feel of them after seeing all the new stuff so much. They still suck but Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor are the best. Anakin is not as bad as padme. I think Natalie Portman and jar jar were by far the worse part of it.

Padme was one of the best performance in Prequels. Seriously people screaming for woodden actin all along the 3 movies are just unfair. ok the love story looks a bit forced but the performance of HC greatly improved in 3 and i ve found alchemy between Padme and Anakin, even more after fall of Anakin.

Yea her best acting was in episode 3 with anakin. Favorite scene was when she lands on mustafar and Vader calls her a liar

There will be no announcements on future films until the restructuring shakeup at Disney, and that wont happen until the returns for Solo come in,
We knew of the Solo film when Rogue One was released, now crickets

        But they said 3 spin-offs.

I’m guessing they won’t make any more announcements until they see how the Han Solo movie is received.

What has LucasFilm done to make anyone think they would be brave enough to actually use such obvious prequel stuff in this movie. The Obi-Wan movie will have as little to do with the prequels as they can make it much to detriment of Star Wars.
