Colin Trevorrow Joins the List of Potential Ep.7 Directors.
Celebuzz reports that according to one of their sources there’s another much less popular name on the list of possible Episode VII directors.
A source has exclusively told Celebuzz that Colin Trevorrow, the director of sci-fi indie Safety Not Guaranteed, has had early discussions with Lucasfilm about Episode VII.
According to the source, Trevorrow’s film garnered him fans at Lucasfilm, one being George Lucas.
Trevorrow met Lucas several months ago to talk about the project, the insider revealed.
While there is no word as to what story elements were specifically discussed, Celebuzz can confirm that Trevorrow is indeed on the list of potential names that could shepherd a new trilogy of films.
